The International B14 Tasmanian State Championships were held over the weekend of 29th & 30th of March at Leven Yacht Club (Ulverstone), a fleet of ten boats made the trip and despite a very wet Saturday some excellent sailing was enjoyed by the crews, if a little light in the breeze department.

Day 5 was the first time that sailors had seen the sun in 4 days with the breeze blowing in from the North East at 8-15 knots. Two races were sailed starting at Shark Island, with the first race commencing at 1300hrs.

Day three was looking light from early on and conditions were lightened even further by the overnight showers. Close racing was again aparent with varied heat winners.
